Appointments for Non-Immigrant Visas
As of November 1, 2006 all non immigrants visa applications must be completed on the internet at http://evisaforms.state.gov. The Electronic Visa Application Form (EVAF) is available both in French and English. In order to make an appointment, please fill out the EVAF online, click the submit button and print out the completed copy with barcode. You may then make an appointment at the website:
https://evisaforms.state.gov/default.asp?postcode=COT&appcode=3
Note: Please do not call to inquire about friends or family who have been refused a nonimmigrant visa. Under U.S. law, visa records are treated as confidential, and we cannot discuss nonimmigrant visa cases, including refusals or issuances.
Please provide the following information when requesting an appointment:
Full name
Phone number
You will receive a response by email with the next available date for an appointment.
For information on average visa processing times, please click here.
Note: Please do not fax supporting documents for nonimmigrant visa applications. Due to the large number of faxes we receive, we cannot accept them. Because it is a visa applicant's responsibility to produce the information requested by the consular officer, please send supporting documents directly to the applicant, who should present them during his or her interview.
