    Everyone now agrees to say the climate of the planet Earth is undergoing significant changes in recent decades, and these changes threaten the way we live. Throughout his campaign, President Obama has focused on the environment. In his inaugural speech, he reaffirmed that the United States will have more concern on the world's resources. But there is not only the most powerful countries to face the realities of climate change. Benin is also facing the challenge of the 21st century with diligence and efficiency. A national expert who speaks to us about it. Dr. Paul participated in 2010 to the Internation Visitor program in environment and the protection of biodiversity in the United States. He is Assistant Professor at the University of Abomey in Benin.
